Building a culture of empathy, acceptance and understanding
At FCCI, we focus particular attention on the journey we take together every day. It's a continual state of being. It involved actions, behaviors, practices and a sincere commitment to building a work environment that is welcoming and encouraging for all team members. It's a special feeling of belonging. Our Board of Directors and leadership team are dedicated to fostering and maintaining a culture where everyone is treated with respect and where diversity is sought, accepted and valued year-round.
In November, FCCI recognizes National Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month to highlight the impact of this condition on individuals and families, as well as the vital role of research for those affected.
This month-long initiative aims to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s, the most prevalent form of dementia, while also emphasizing the need for support for caregivers and sharing available resources.
At FCCI, we’re committed to hiring the best people. We don't just have employees — we have teammates who work together to deliver our company promises. We look for people who work a little harder and care a little more, and we reward that commitment with outstanding benefits, compensation, recognition and development opportunities.
FCCI careers and internships are about more than just administering insurance policies. Our teammates help businesses thrive, manage risks and face the future with confidence. They embrace FCCI's core values of loyalty, integrity, vision, excellence and service, and they uphold FCCI's legacy of building relationships, serving others and giving back to the community.
