The independent agents we partner with are a vital part of FCCI. Our agents are knowledgeable in their local markets. They understand their customers’ needs and provide initial assessments that our underwriters use to help control business risk.
We underwrite each policyholder’s risk carefully and individually. This ensures that the business is covered appropriately and that we receive a fair premium for the risk we accept. Our Risk Control representatives also work with policyholders to analyze business exposures and provide a comprehensive risk management plan to help minimize specific risks.
Properly allocating reserves and paying claims fairly and promptly is FCCI's promise to the policyholder. Our claims professionals are trained to investigate, reserve and handle each claim appropriately and efficiently.

Giving Back
Serving our communities is a vital part of FCCI's culture. Through charitable giving, sponsorships, and volunteerism, we give back and help our communities grow stronger. In 2019, FCCI teammates volunteered 4,424 hours and raised $103,964 for charities.
